Bill Barker
Bill Barker is our Chief Cook and Bottle Washer, (literally). Bill has been growing peppers most of his life. After years of enduring hot sauces that were nothing more than hot vinegar, completely flavorless, he decided to make his own. He searched the world for peppers that had unique flavors as well as a good burn, blending and experimenting until he found several blends that made the burn worthwhile. Bill shared his creations with friends and family for 15 years, always receiving encouragement to sell them. Finally, in 2007, Bill took the plunge and began to market his chile relishes and hot sauce. The unique and wonderful flavors of these products was very well received, and Devil's Breath Chile Co. began it's journey. In 2009 he introduced Werewolf Firehouse Steak Sauce, which quickly become Everything Sauce, and our best selling item. Bill is currently working on a new wing sauce, another hot sauce, and hot and mild salsas.

Dudley Devil
Dudley Devil is our company mascot, and resident pyrotechnics expert. He loves the heat, but he insists on flavor to go with it. If he's gonna burn, he wants to at least enjoy it! Dudley is a creation of the somewhat twisted mind of Bill Barker. After tasting a particularly nasty experimental sauce, the resulting hallucinogenic experience brought Dudley to life. He likes hot sauce, hot babes, and cold beer.

Sir Cedric Howlington Flufferbottom, III
Sir Cedric Howlington Flufferbottom, III came to us as the result of an experiment gone wrong. Dudley was testing a new hot sauce recipe and accidentally dumped a pepper puree into a pan of glaze being cooked up for a ham. Frustrated at his mistake, he went ahead and bottled the mixture and moved on. Later, curious at what the concoction tasted like, he opened a bottle and poured it out on some smoked sausage, which suddenly grew hair and howled. Cedric was born.

Fatima is our office manager, chief of security, and self appointed paperweight. She enjoys naps, food, guns and naps.
